Returns & Refunds At Bobodora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair. We offer a 30 days  return window from the date of delivery.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bobodora.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Bobodora will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: For returns involving a change of mind or "buyer's remorse," the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
